So, thanks to Michael Grant, we now know the real details for the Behzad 650KSPS Digital GLCD Oscilloscope v1.0:

CGM12864a will not work since it uses the wrong controller(t6963c)....

The correct device is GDM12864A... which has the tc0108 controller..

Thanks, Michael!

Hello,

I'm trying to build the "Behzad 650KSPS Digital GLCD Oscilloscope v1.0"

I found this project on AVRfreaks.com and I found your site with a google search...

I'm having trouble finding an LCD that works with this project...

Have you built this? And if so, what LCD did you use?

I have tried two already...
A BG12864F that uses a t6963c controller...
And a SG12864D that uses a tc0107 controller...

Neither seem to work... On the project website, it mentions "(CGM12864A or other compatible)"...
This LCD uses the T6963c controller but lacks the CS1 and CS2 pins that LCDs with the TC0107 controller have (in the schematic, there are pinouts for CS1 and CS2)...

Well... If you haven't built it, let me know and I will keep you posted as to a solution... if I figure it out ....

Thanks,
Michael Grant
